Shipping rates can vary depending on your region and are calculated at checkout.
Do you offer free shipping? +
Yes. For domestic orders above $300 shipping is free. For international orders above $500 shipping is free.
Orders & Processing
Who pays custom duties and taxes? +
Malli is not responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees or any other charges issued by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and the funds are received exclusively by your local government.
Can I cancel my order after the purchase? +
Unfortunately, we’re unable to cancel orders at this time. Regular priced items can still be returned or exchanged within 14 days — only final sale items are non-returnable.
If I recived a refund, why? +
If you received a refund for an item/order, it could’ve been due to a no-stock case, possible fraud detected, or by request. For more details, you can get in touch with our customer service team, and they will be able to inform you. 
Returns & Exchange
What is your return policy? +
14-Day Return Policy Items must be returned in original condition—unworn, unwashed, with both tags and packaging intact. Returns showing signs of wear (makeup, deodorant, fake tan, etc.) will not be accepted. Items marked “Sale” or “Non-Returnable” are final and not eligible for return or exchange. For faulty items, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@themalli.com within 48 hours of delivery, including your order number and clear photos of the issue. Please note: original shipping costs are non-refundable.
How to initiate a return? +
Contact us at customerservice@themalli.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please use the subject line: “Return + Order #”, and include the item(s) you'd like to return along with a brief reason (e.g. size, fit). Once your return is approved, we'll share next steps along with the return address and a return shipping label for you to use. Please ensure your return is shipped within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns sent after this window will not be accepted and will be returned to sender. Please note: original shipping costs are non-refundable.
What happens after I send my return? +
Once we receive your return, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our eligibility criteria. You’ll be notified by email once your return is approved or declined. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
